I have been in the real-estate business for 33 years. I currently own a total of three hundred twenty-one rental properties, fifteen apartment buildings, and one rental home. It has always been my goal to provide a comfortable, attractive, and safe living environment for my tenants. I purchased Jefferson Manor in 2004. It has twenty-eight units, nine of them are one bedroom and nineteen are two bedrooms. Monet Manor, 2012, it consists of sixteen two-bedroom apartments and twenty-four one-bedroom apartments.
